Q: What type of payment do you take?

A: We accept credit, debit, and PayPal. We also will occasionally offer “flex pay” through PayPal, which is where you pay ½ when you order and ½ when your item ships. 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A:  No. Our designs are limited in quantity, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review the size chart prior to purchasing. You may email us with any questions. 

Q: Are shipping cost included in the price?

A: Shipping cost is not included in the sale price. Little Silver Swan is not responsible for lost or stolen mail items. 

Q: My dress is slightly different than my friend’s dress that she ordered?

A: Some of our designs are hand sewn by various seamstresses. We love that each piece may vary because it shows that the dresses are made by hand.  

Q: How do I purchase a dress?

A: We upload new designs to the website on Tuesday nights at 8:00pm CST. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for release dates.
